Refund policy
Cancel your order
As long as the shipment has not been triggered by us, you can cancel your order at any time. We will refund you the full amount. Let us know at contact@seedsticks.org.
Return your order
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If the sticks have already been detached from each other, we reserve the right to make a deduction on the refund amount.
To start a return, please contact us at contact@seedsticks.org. We’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that returns will need to be sent to Switzerland. Unfortunately, we cannot cover the shipping costs for the return shipment.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. The refund amount will not cover any shipping fees. The refund will be made on the original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contact@seedsticks.org. If you paid with bitcoin, we will refund you the same amount you paid for the product, regardless of the current USD exchange rate.
Please note: We will not refund your order, if you refuse to pay for customs clearance fees or provide an incorrect delivery address.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if something is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Shipping
Please use a trackable shipping service to prove that you sent the shipment in case of loss.
