Shipping Provider

Currently we ship all deliveries with public postal service, wherever possible with tracking. Of the shipping service providers reviewed to date, we can offer by far the lowest shipping prices with the public postal service, but we continue to negotiate with other shipping providers to serve more options. Shipping options and costs to your country are calculated at checkout. 

Duties and taxes for customers in Switzerland

No duties as shipment is domestic. Taxes (7.7% VAT on the total amount) are calculated at checkout.

Duties and taxes for customers in the rest of the world

Public postal service comes with the disadvantage that orders will be shipped DDU which means you may have to pay applicable import duties & taxes to your local authorities. We continue to negotiate with other shipping provider and hopefully be able to soon ship DDP (Duties & Taxes Paid). This will not make the product cheaper, as we will have to increase the price of the product according to the average duties and tax charges, but it will give you the certainty of the total amount of the cost when ordering. 

We try our best to keep such costs as low as possible for you and therefore also check stock (or even production) on site. Further, we are looking into another option that the cost for duties and taxes can be reclaimed from us by simply sending us a copy of the invoice, the order number and a Bitcoin address.
